Is a Self-care Planner something, yes or no?

I have seen them laying around on the bookshelves, but never considered getting one. I still have my agenda from 2019 laying on my nightstand, simply because I sort of still have things to fill it with (painful though).
But still, I bought one. I bought a Planner. Or, the official name would be a Selfcare Planner. I bought it and it has actually (suprisingly) been used.

The good parts are:
* No dates. There is no specific date for each page, so if I skip a day or two, it is not a big deal.

* Nothing in it is pushing me to "must" do this or that. It is all voluntary.

* There is an introduction, in the beginning. Where the writer has some advice on how to use the planner. And at the end of the book, there is plenty of space for things to write down, just because.

* Inspiration quotes here and there throughout the book. And I love quotes.

* By writing in it every day (almost) I practice my writing skills as well as maintain a better track to reach my goals.

Would I recommend this kind of Planner or a Calendar?
I would recommend the planner. I find it inspiring to write in it and by keeping it close by at all times, I get more things done on my "to-do list".

I have been writing Diaries since.. forever and a planner is very different. While the things I would write in the Diary would be about how my day has been. In the planner, I am writing about my goals, how to reach them, the highlighted moments of the day. My progress as well as failures. What I have learned from a certain situation and where to go next.

Good luck!
