We all have goals in life. Some of them we walk around with subconsciously, while others we carry in our thoughts every single day. And then there are those we write down as a school assignment and never think of again.

My goal has been for the last two years to finish this book:

Midnight Sun. By Stephenie Meyer.

And I have finally reached my goal! Yay!

The book is well written, but extremely monotone. It’s like listening to music that is only playing one note for an hour.

The reason why I wanted to finish it is that I’ve read all the other books in the series:

A little bit about the book:

In all the other books before Midnight sun, the reader gets to know Bella. She moves to her dad in a small town where the sun rarely shows itself.

There she almost ends up being killed in a car accident but is being saved by Edward. Edward is the mystery guy at the school. He and his siblings have a tendency to keep it to themselves.

So slowly a relationship is growing between Bella and Edward. For Bella, it goes too slow. And in this book Midnight sun, we read about why he takes it so slow with Bella. We will meet Edwards’s inner demons and learn more about his past.

This book is his side of the story of how they met and became a love story to remember for a long time.

Greetings Serena
