My Pop-up Office
I often see photos of cosy and handy offices or reading corners that people post. Inspired by these, I decided to share my own setup.
I don’t have the space for a dedicated office or reading corner in my home, so I have to get creative. To work efficiently, I keep everything I need within arm’s reach.
Here’s a brief overview of My setup, which might inspire others facing similar space restrictions:
My Pop-Up Office Solution
- Portable Essentials:
Two Bags for Supplies: I organise all my necessary items in two bags, so I know where to find everything within reach, no matter where I sit and work.
Essential Items: For me, these are my laptop, chargers, notebooks, pens, books, neck lamp and any other materials specific to my current project or reading.
2. Flexible Workspace:
Bed Desk: I use a foldable desk to place over my legs while sitting on my bed. This desk is space-saving and convenient, providing a stable surface for my work or reading. I can also adjust the desk’s height, reducing my chances of neck and wrist pain.
Easy Storage: When not in use, the desk can be folded and stored in a corner, keeping my living space uncluttered.
