Write or not to write

Write or not to write, that is the question I have been asking myself since I learned to write.
There were times when I had no time for anything else but decided to take a break. That break was short-lived (but at least I tried).

It is just something magical about writing: to enter a state of mind where only you and your creativity exist. It also brings a certain kind of peace to the mind and heart. Because you can be as creative as you wish and no one can judge you for it.

During these days as we learn to live with the pandemic, writing has become so much more important. It has become a way of being independently social. As well as giving our mind an outlet for our thoughts. Instead of carrying our worries about this unknown situation that brings so much uncomfort for so many of us. It is now acceptable to write things down: our feelings, thoughts, how we interpret the situation but also about our dreams and hopes for the future.

I have never seen so many memoirs out there before: looks like everyone has a story to tell these days. Everyone needs to be heard. And that is when we pick up our pen or any kind of device and start to write.

So, what are you waiting for? I am sure you have a story to write as well. Good luck and success!
